Kern Inclusive Entrepreneurship Hub

KIEH is a newly established business development project operating in downtown Bakersfield. This project was launched by the Regional Disenfranchised Business Development Project (RDBDP), a partnership between 3C Capital Fund Inc. and the Northern California Black Chamber Presidents Association. KIEH’s unique approach to small business development will provide a better equipped entrepreneur prepared to launch and sustain a business enterprise. KIEH believes that a twelve-month development program will allow participants time to receive access to the various aspects of business operations through classroom learning, workshops and seminars, mentoring and coaching as well as community and regional networking opportunities. We believe that this program will set the standard for business development going forward.
